Martin earned this result by having one of the finest season's a freshman has ever produced for GU. This season, Martin set the Gonzaga single-season save record, by recording 9 saves. He struck out 51 batters in only 54.1 innings. Martin was also a All-WCC honorable mention selection, as well as a member of the All-WCC freshman team.
Congratulations to Cody on a terrific season, and it appears that he has an incredibly bright future ahead of him.
