Shane Harris-Tunks will be heading to the University of Colorado to play basketball. Tunks, who was a visitor at Kraziness in the Kennel, is a 7'0 center from Australia. He will be joining fellow Aussie, Nate Tomlinson, in Boulder.
Not much was known about Harris-Tunks prior to his visit to GU. There had been some rumblings that he was the skilled big man that Gonzaga fans have coveted since JP Batista graduated. However, after his visit, it became apparent that Tunks was not quite what Coach Few was looking for. There is no denying the great size that Tunks can bring to the court, but it appears that he was not talented enough to earn a scholarship from the Zags.
Good luck to Shane Harris-Tunks, and hopefully he has a great career at CU and beyond.

I heard that Tomlinson fellow can really play some basketball.
Not so sure about Tomlinson....rumor had it that he was on his way to Utah Valley St. before CU offered.
Like many Aussie players, I'm sure Tomlinson was just soaring under the radar
he did receive an offer from the zags.
Tunks actually did receive offers from Gonzaga but he declined them.

Lol are you kidding? He chose CU over both Vanderbilt AND Gonzaga.
